At Brandabble, we value our personal privacy and we know our clients do too.
We wouldn’t want our personal information to be shared without our permission.
We expect companies and organisations that we deal with to treat our personal data with total respect and confidentiality.
For us, protecting your personal information is part of providing good customer service and deserving the trust our clients place in us.
At Brandabble, we treat our client’s personal data how we expect ours to be treated
Our promise to you
- We will never sell your personal data.
- We are confident that third parties who may have access to your personal data (for example, website hosting companies, MailChimp), have robust privacy policies which protect your data.
- We will never sell your personal data to a third party or share your details, unless you ask us to or you have given us your express permission to do so.
- We’re always happy to tell you what personal information we have about you.
- If you ask us to delete any of your personal data, we will – unless we are in an ongoing contractual arrangement with you.
Why we hold your personal data
We only collect personal data for legitimate business purposes.
We need your personal details if you’ve asked us to do any work for you.
We need to be able to get in touch with you to discuss your project, swap ideas, send and amend drafts and achieve an end result that you’re delighted with.
We also need your contact details so that we can invoice you for any work we’ve done for you.
You may also want us to include your personal data in printed materials, on websites and in other products that you have asked us to create for you.
What personal data do we hold?
We usually deal with customers by phone or email and we sometimes post information or materials that we’ve had printed on your behalf.
So, as well as your name, we usually hold your email address, telephone number and postal address if you’ve asked us to send anything to you.
If we’re creating a brochure, leaflet, website or business stationery for you, you may have sent us personal data information you want included. You will decide what information you want to include.
Third Parties
We will never sell your information to a third party.
We may need to pass your details to a third party, for example if you want us to arrange for printed materials to be delivered directly to you from the printer. We’ll ask your permission before we do this.
Your details may also be shared with third parties who carry out services on our behalf, for example, processing payments, hosting our websites, but we only use reputable companies who should never sell your data or use your data to contact you directly.
We may also be legally required to share your data if we are involved with any legal proceedings which include contracts with you.
Financial information – if you pay us by credit card or bank transfer, we will not keep your bank or card details once the transaction has been successfully processed.
Where we store your data
Brandabble holds your personal data in files created by us and not accessible to anyone outside our business.
However, we do use some services and applications from third party suppliers which means some of your data may be stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Obviously, we only work with reputable companies who have robust data security policies and procedures and we take all reasonable steps to ensure you data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK.
Staying in Touch
At Brandabble, we work hard to build lasting relationships with our clients and we’re always keen to stay in touch with clients in between projects.
We will always ask you if you’re happy for us to contact you to see how things are going and let you know of any new services or special offers that could be useful to you and your business.
And, if you ever ask us to stop contacting you – we will!
